The enemy is attacking road industry enterprises.

On August 25, 2026, at approximately 3:00 a.m., seven enemy attack UAVs struck the production facility of a branch belonging to one of the regional road maintenance enterprises (Oblavtodor) under the jurisdiction of JSC “State Joint-Stock Company ‘Automobile Roads of Ukraine’.”

On August 26, 2026, Russian aggressors launched a follow-up strike on the same facility using another four attack UAVs

The total extent of the damage is currently being assessed.

Preliminary data indicates that the strikes resulted in:

– the destruction of production and administrative buildings with a total area of 1,460 m²,
– the destruction or damage of approximately twenty units of specialized road maintenance machinery and equipment,
– damage to production equipment and machinery.

The fire caused by the strikes was contained by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

– Fortunately, no employees of the branch were injured in the attack.

JSC “State Joint-Stock Company ‘Automobile Roads of Ukraine'” extends its deep gratitude to every State Emergency Service officer involved in responding to the aftermath of the attack by Russian aggressors on this civilian production facility, which housed the machinery used for the operational maintenance of public roads of national and local significance.

In the coming days, Company personnel will document damaged and destroyed property to enter the relevant information into the “State Register of Property Damaged and Destroyed as a Result of Hostilities, Terrorist Acts, and Sabotage Caused by the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation Against Ukraine.”

– Establishing a solid evidentiary basis for the losses incurred is crucial for securing future compensation from the Russian aggressor for the damage caused to the Company’s subsidiary. This will enable the future receipt—in accordance with the law—of financial compensation funded by reparations paid by the aggressor or derived from its assets currently frozen in European and American financial institutions, which, following the war, are slated for the reconstruction of Ukraine’s critical infrastructure.
