Biography

Born on March 24, 1987, in the urban-type settlement of Teplyk, Vinnytsia region.

Education:

Master’s degree, 2008, Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics,

specialization “Economics and Entrepreneurship,” Bachelor of Economics and Entrepreneurship;

2009, Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, specialization “Finance,”

Master of Finance, Economist-Financier;

2016, Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, specialization “Law,”

qualified as a legal specialist.

Professional Experience:

Has over 15 years of managerial and analytical experience in both public and private sectors, particularly in the areas of corporate governance, economics, law, and state asset management.

After completing his education, he began his career in the banking sector, holding positions at Pravex Bank, Rodovid Bank, and Raiffeisen Bank Aval. The experience gained in financial analysis, risk management, and internal audit formed a solid foundation for his managerial competencies.

Since 2013, he has continued his professional activity at PJSC “Holding Company Kyivmiskbud,” where he dealt with corporate governance, property, and asset management issues.

The next stage of his career was connected with work in central executive authorities — the State Agency of Fisheries of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. In various positions — from Chief Specialist to Deputy Head of Department — he was responsible for implementing policies in the field of corporate governance of state enterprises, reforming property relations, and managing fuel and energy sector assets.

In April 2025, Volodymyr Maliona was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC “SJSC Automobile Roads of Ukraine.”
