Born on November 8, 1969 in Rivne

Education:

Complete higher education

In 1994, he graduated from the I. Kotlyarevsky Kharkiv Institute of Arts, and in 2003, he received a master’s degree in project management from the Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

Employment:

During his career, he headed the development, marketing and asset management departments of a number of Ukrainian companies, and also worked in the system of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, where he was responsible for trade policy and domestic market development.

In 2020–2021, he held the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, where he was responsible for the implementation of state policy in the field of vocational and technical education.

He also has significant experience in teaching and management work at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, where he developed educational programs and business trainings.

In 2022–2024, he worked at the State Enterprise Special Economic Zone “Spetstechnoexport” in management positions related to the import of defense industry products, cooperation with the national customer and production processes.

In 2025, he held a management position at PrJSC “Diprozvyazok”.

Since September 2025 – Manager of the affairs of JSC “State Joint Stock Company “Automobile Roads of Ukraine”

02.2026 – Member of the Board, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC “State Joint Stock Company “Automobile Roads of Ukraine”.
