Preventing corruption

If you become aware of any violations of anti-corruption laws within
JSC “SJSC Automobile Roads of Ukraine” or its subsidiaries,
you may report them through the Company’s “Trust Line”.

Your report may include information about:

• receiving undue benefits by officials (bribes, gifts, preferences, etc.);
• conflicts of interest;
• non-compliance with restrictions on secondary employment or ethical conduct;
• submission of false information in declarations;
• other actions indicating possible corruption risks.
