Born on January 11, 1973, in Vilnius, Lithuania

Education:

Master’s degree, 1995, Ukrainian Transport University, “Economics and Management in Construction,” qualified as an engineer-economist;

2025, Kyiv Orthodox Theological Academy, major in “Theology,” qualified as a secondary school teacher.

Professional Experience:
Has over 25 years of managerial experience in the fields of commercial management, economics, enterprise development, and implementation of infrastructure and socio-economic projects.

Oleksii Doroshenko’s career began in the private sector, where he held executive positions in leading Ukrainian companies, overseeing sales organization, market development, and operational management.
Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, he headed commercial enterprises in the areas of production, distribution, and investment, gaining significant experience in strategic business management.

From 2008 to 2014, he headed Industrial-Investment Alliance LLC, ensuring effective enterprise operations and cooperation with state and commercial organizations.
At the same time, he was actively engaged in developing industry and analytical initiatives — serving as Director of the Ukrainian Association of Retail Suppliers, President of the “Hetman Petro Doroshenko Foundation,” and Head of the Mykhailo Hrushevsky Center for Socio-Economic Research and the National Council for Economic Development.

He also has experience in local government and public administration.
From 2023 to 2025, he served as Deputy Head and First Deputy Head of the Brovary District State Administration, overseeing economic development, infrastructure, and interdepartmental project coordination.

In 2024, he joined the team of JSC “SJSC Automobile Roads of Ukraine,” initially as Deputy Chairman of the Board, and since July 2025 has been serving as Acting Chairman of the Board of the Company.
