Report corruption

If you become aware of any violations of anti-corruption laws within the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine or in enterprises, institutions, or organizations under its management, such as:

receiving an improper benefit (bribe, gift, privilege, etc.) by an official;
using state or municipal property or funds for private purposes;
conflict of interest;
violation of restrictions on joint work of close relatives;
non-compliance with restrictions on combining or holding multiple positions;
violation of rules of ethical conduct;
failure to submit or submission of false asset declarations by persons required to declare their income and expenses;
issuing of unlawful instructions by management;
or any other unlawful actions in the field of anti-corruption —

According to Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”, corruption means the use by an official of their powers or related opportunities to obtain an undue advantage, or the acceptance of such advantage, or a promise/offer of such advantage for themselves or others; or, conversely, the promise, offer, or granting of an undue advantage to an official, or at their request to other individuals or legal entities, with the aim of inducing the official to unlawfully use their authority or related opportunities.

Information provided to the “Trust Line” may also be submitted anonymously.

An anonymous report of a violation of anti-corruption legislation will be considered if it concerns a specific person and contains factual data that can be verified.

An anonymous report cannot be regarded as a citizen’s appeal under the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals”, and therefore, it does not require a mandatory written response to the applicant.

The information you provide will be used by the management of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine as a basis for deciding whether to conduct an inspection or take other appropriate measures in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption.”
