Open Address from the Acting Chairman of the Board of JSC “SJSC ‘Automobile Roads of Ukraine’” to the Company’s Employees

COLLEAGUES! FRIENDS! PARTNERS!

The war continues, but we stand firmly on our own land.

Yet to become even stronger, we must change. We must transform our Company, as it is currently in a difficult state.

You know the challenges your enterprises face — I won’t list them. But we can change everything; it is within our power. That’s why we have developed a step-by-step Action Plan aimed at developing the Company in the road and related sectors. Road construction and maintenance are not our only areas of activity.

We will:

  • build protective facilities for our energy infrastructure and provide the Armed Forces with anti-drone structures;
  • create separate units for humanitarian demining of areas adjacent to key highways, as well as for the construction of fortification structures.

Unfortunately, a significant part of our Company’s enterprises are currently in bankruptcy proceedings.
Within 2–3 years, we plan to bring the Company back to life! We will:

  • settle all wage arrears — everyone to whom the Company owes money will receive it;
  • pay off most of the tax and fee debts, and clear outstanding obligations to creditors.

For this, we need your personal support!

We will engage each of you who are active and proactive in the most exciting projects — and we will fairly reward your work.

Every day, I and the Company’s management meet with the heads of regional road enterprises to understand our real situation and to correct it. As a result, we have a clear picture of who truly fulfills their duties and wants to work as part of the team — and who has given up and is indifferent to the future of both the Company and the people who have placed their trust in them as a leader.

That is why my message to every head of a subsidiary enterprise is very simple:

Financial performance and personal proactivity — these are your main evaluation criteria.

I am addressing a PERSONAL REQUEST to all employees of our subsidiaries, branches, and departments.

097 569 7998

This is my personal phone number for direct communication with each of you.
The Company currently unites nearly 4,000 employees, so it will be difficult to answer every call. However, if you send me a message via any messenger (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal), I will read all of them. I will personally speak with some of you. Your input will form the basis for the Company’s management decisions.

If:

  • you have ideas on how to improve your enterprise’s operations;
  • you have suggestions for optimizing technological processes;
  • you are aware of corruption or those involved in it;
  • you know about problems that hinder effective work — write to me!

Only together can we make our Company profitable again, and your salaries — sufficient to meet your families’ needs.

I WILL BE GLAD TO HEAR FROM EACH OF YOU!

With sincere respect,
Oleksii DOROSHENKO
